More about me than you’d ever want to know…
I was born October 22nd and my favorite seasons shall forever be fall. I had a standard suburban upbringing but without a huge group of friends and as a result I now have Social Anxiety Disorder.
Things got happier when I married the love of my life on January 2, 2010. He’s a med student, so we travel around a lot for his school. He spent two semesters in Dominica before we got married, plus one semester in the Bahamas. After the wedding I joined him on Grand Bahama Island for his fourth semester and then we spent fifth semester in Miami, FL.
When you’re married to a Ross student you don’t know where you’ll be in six months, which is a source of great frustration to me. Right now we are waiting in Buffalo for the results of Chris’s USMLE STEP 1 exam and then we will be moving to Janesville, Wisconsin.
The reason I started this blog was to document our lives as med student in wife, but ultimately there’s not always much for me to write about that. So now I include recipes, things I like, reviews of restaurants, and a bunch of other ramblings.
My goal: Be a Domestic Goddess. Live in a southern house with a wrap around porch, white picket fence, a tree with a swing, and colonial decor. Sometimes I blog about that, too.
Enjoy!
