7 Mar

Prep: 10 min  Bake: 1 hour

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used Tyson, best tasting chicken breasts I’ve found)

1. Heat oven to 425.  Melt butter in 13×9 pan in oven.

2.  In shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.  Coat chicken in mixture, place in pan.

3.  Bake uncovered 30 minutes.  Flip chicken breasts over.  Bake another 30 minutes until juices run clear and is to 170 degrees.
